  • 学生领导的亲密团体

    Students are invited to join clubs that they may have a connection or an interest in participating. These groups can also be identified as affinity spaces, and are offered in the 中学 and 上学校. Organizations include: Black Student Union, 光谱, 亚洲学生协会, Hispanic Student Association and many more.
  • 教职员工

    There are opportunities available for 教师 and 工作人员 to engage in learning centered around DEI topics. The groups meet regularly throughout the school year. Such groups include Building Anti-Racist White Educators (BARWE). These groups provide employees an opportunity to continue to learn in safe and brave spaces. 
  • 会议/研讨会

    Throughout the year there are conferences available for students, 教师 and 工作人员. These are opportunities for participants to widen their network and learn from experts outside of 鲍德温. During these conferences, 鲍德温 教师 often are presenting their newest research. Some conferences attended include: People of Color Conference and the Student Leadership Diversity Conference.

    The parents/caregivers/guardians of 鲍德温 students play a major role in our community. There are several Parent Associations, all of which are critical in the progress of our DEI mission.
